About Albamon Z هویت برند
آلبامون زد یک هویت برند برای یک پلتفرم کره‌جنوبی استخدام آنلاین مشاغل پاره‌وقت است. این هویت شامل یک لوگوتایپ مورب، یک نماد پرچم، یک ماسکات و پالت رنگی روشنی است که رنگ نارنجی در آن غالب است. لوگوتایپ مورب بیانگر سادگی، شهود و دقت در تطبیق سریع مشاغل است. نماد پرچم الهام‌گرفته از پرچم‌های مسابقات اتومبیل‌رانی است و به تأمین سریع شغل اشاره دارد. ماسکات نشان‌دهنده تحویل سریع اخبار استخدام است. این طراحی مخاطب نسل زد را هدف قرار داده است. این پلتفرم کارفرمایان و کارجویان را با اعلان‌های چت و تحلیل هوش مصنوعی به یکدیگر متصل می‌کند.

- Designing elements for our brand essence that resonate with Gen-Z was the project's main challenge. The slanted logotype embodies values in quick job-matching: simplicity, intuitiveness, and accuracy. The flag symbol, inspired by car race flags, signifies swift job securing and victory. The mascot personifies our key feature—swift recruitment news delivery. The color palette, led by the primary color orange, embodies success and joy, aligning seamlessly with Generation Z's preferences.

- A user survey identified key challenges for part-time job seekers and recruiters, highlighting difficulties in swiftly hiring candidates meeting criteria and obtaining personalized search results. Albamon Z responds by enhancing employment opportunities, fostering local community development, supporting career growth, and making a positive economic impact. Leveraging AI analysis, the platform offers targeted talent recommendations and personalized services to address these challenges.
- Inspiration
- Albamon Z emerged to tackle challenges in time-consuming hiring processes for job seekers and recruiters. It provides solutions for efficient and flexible hiring, including quick and targeted hiring, optimized advertising, access to a diverse talent pool, and efficient skill-job matching. In summary, Albamon Z improves the job market's flexibility, efficiency, and accessibility, specifically addressing the very needs of part-time job seekers and businesses with temporary staffing requirements.

- This project started in March 2023 in Seoul, finished in November 2023, and was launched in December 2023 in Seoul, South Korea.
