About Marilyn دستبند
مرلین دستبندی است که برای مناسبت‌های رسمی و نیمه‌رسمی طراحی شده است. فرم روان آن حالتی از پیچ‌وتاب‌ها و وزش باد در ساحل را به نمایش می‌گذارد. مرلین در سونکاجاروی فنلاند و از طلای بازیافتی و بدون آبکاری ۱۴ عیار، معروف به طلای ۵۸۵، ساخته شده است. برای ساخت آن از روش قالب‌گیری با موم گمشده و تکنیک‌های سنتی زرگری استفاده شده و سطح آن صیقل داده شده است. این دستبند از شکل مچ دست و ساختار استخوانی آن پیروی می‌کند، به‌گونه‌ای که هنگام استفاده احساسی پایدار و راحت ایجاد می‌کند. این قطعه را می‌توان متناسب با دست شکل داد. هدف طراحی، ایجاد فرمی بزرگ و چشمگیر بوده که در عین حال هنگام استفاده سبک و راحت احساس شود.

- Unique Properties
- Marilyn bracelet is flowy and showy. It expresses curls and wind by the beach. This polished and golden jewelry is made from recycled non-plated 14 carat gold at Sonkajarvi, Finland. The bracelet is well fitted and comfortable to wear. The jewelry set suites events and fine occasions.

- Production Technology
- The Marilyn Bracelet is made from recycled 585 gold. It's made by lost was casting and traditional goldsmiths techniques. It has polished surface. The original 3d model was made from paper and silver.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge of this design project was to create light and luxurious feeling into a celebrity inspired jewelry. It was to make the jewelry user feel the perfection and child like joy in design. It was also important to express the movement and bring Marilyn's personality in to the jewelry.
- Research
- In Marilyn jewelry project the main fields of study were in luxury feeling flowy design that expresses the actress Marilyn Monroes character and makes the jewelry user to feel itself confident and beautiful when appearing in events for dress code Formal or Semi-formal. It was also important to reach the feeling of steady and stable weightless wearability of big and showy jewelry. This was achieved with good balance experiments and several fittings with different body types.
- Inspiration
- Marilyn makes us think of how we treat people who live by publicity and being a star. Where is the line between personal life and show business or politics. Marilyns' life is well stored in photographs. Through them it s possible to see her as a human being who faces changes and winds of life. All though her hair might be done perfect she is still the same wild, loving and caring person as she was in the beginning of her career. She deserves to be admired as herself.
- Project Duration
- The project started in January 2020 and finished in February 2024 in Sonkajarvi, Finland.
- Operation Flow
- The jewelry set is made to follow the users movements. It is made to be noticeable by the audience but not the user itself. The bracelet follows the shape of a wrist and bone structure to feel stable and fit. It can be shaped to fit ones hand.
