درباره Cubee مبلمان بادی ماژولار
کیوبی یک سیستم مبلمان بادی ماژولار است که برای آپارتمان‌های کوچک و فضاهای مشترک طراحی شده است. هر ماژول با یک پمپ هوا پر می‌شود و در حدود ده ثانیه به اندازه کامل خود می‌رسد. ماژول‌ها را می‌توان به‌تنهایی استفاده کرد یا با بادکش‌های لاستیکی به یکدیگر متصل نمود تا چیدمان‌های مختلف نشستن شکل گیرد. آستر داخلی از پلاستیک بازیافتی ساخته شده و روکش پارچه‌ای جداشدنی با زیپ متصل می‌شود و در رنگ‌ها و جنس‌های متنوعی عرضه می‌گردد. ماژول‌ها را می‌توان از باد خالی کرد و به‌صورت تخت بسته‌بندی نمود که این امر هزینه‌های حمل‌ونقل و نگهداری را کاهش می‌دهد.

Each module can be freely assembled with suction cups. The inner liner is made from recycled plastic, and the removable cloth cover comes in various colors and materials. The inflatable design enables quick setup and disassembly, while flat packaging reduces transportation and storage costs.

The liner features rapid inflation technology, fully inflating in 10 seconds, making setup quick and simple. The removable cover, attached with a zipper, allows for easy cleaning or replacement.

- One of the main challenges in designing Cubee was ensuring structural stability while maintaining portability and ease of use. Inflatable products need to be durable and airtight over time, especially with frequent use and movement, making air leakage and deformation key concerns. The suction cups underwent extensive testing to guarantee a secure connection and a comfortable user experience. Precise adjustments to the material and shape of the suction cups were needed to balance firmness and flexibility. The hole design in the liner presented additional technical challenges, requiring both structural integrity and functional versatility. Lastly, balancing eco-friendly materials with cost control was crucial, as the design team aimed to keep production costs reasonable without compromising quality or sustainability.
