فلو یک اپلیکیشن تحت وب برای ساخت و تعامل با همراهان هوش مصنوعی است. فلو بیش از یک میلیون بات قابل شخصی‌سازی ارائه می‌دهد و از تولید محتوایی مانند فیلم‌های کوتاه پشتیبانی می‌کند. رابط کاربری آن مینیمال و واکنش‌گرا است و روی صفحه‌نمایش‌های موبایل و دسکتاپ کار می‌کند. میکروتعامل‌ها، حرکات کشیدن انگشت، ضربه زدن و کشیدن و رها کردن، کاربران را در مراحلی ساده راهنمایی می‌کنند. پردازش بلادرنگ، زمان انتظار را کوتاه نگه می‌دارد. هدف این طراحی آن است که هوش مصنوعی را برای افراد با هر سطح تجربه، در دسترس، شخصی و آسان برای استفاده سازد.
