درباره Realm of Clouds ساختمان مسکونی
قلمرو ابرها یک ساختمان مسکونی با ۱۱ واحد در تایچونگ، تایوان است. این طراحی معماری را با کاشت گیاهان درمی‌آمیزد و از پوشش گیاهی چندلایه، نماهای سبز و سنگ طبیعی بهره می‌برد. چیدمان فضا مناظر سبز، نور روز، هوای تازه و فضاهای داخلی باز را فراهم می‌آورد، در حالی که مسیرهای اختصاصی و ورودی‌های مستقل از حریم خصوصی محافظت می‌کنند. پوشش گیاهی نما، عایق‌بندی طبیعی را افزایش می‌دهد و از تنوع زیستی پشتیبانی می‌کند. جمع‌آوری آب باران، روشنایی کم‌مصرف و تهویه متقاطع اثرات زیست‌محیطی را کاهش می‌دهند. سنگ‌های تهیه‌شده از منابع محلی و چوب بازیافتی نیز در این پروژه استفاده شده‌اند.

Locally sourced stone and recycled wood enhance durability and eco-responsibility.

- The challenge was to balance nature’s organic fluidity with architectural precision. Constructing a multi-layered green façade required innovative structural solutions, ensuring longevity without compromising aesthetics. Integrating biophilic design, biodiversity, and sustainability while maintaining luxury, privacy, and functional efficiency pushed the boundaries of conventional residential architecture.
