درباره One Verdi Park توسعه چندمنظوره
وان وردی پارک (One Verdi Park) یک مجتمع چندمنظوره در بخارست، رومانی است. دو برج این مجموعه شامل واحدهای مسکونی، دفاتر اداری و فضاهای تجاری هستند و مساحت کل ساخته‌شده به ۴۲,۴۷۰ مترمربع می‌رسد. سازه از ستون‌ها و تیرهای بتن مسلح ساخته شده است. نمای ساختمان از سیستم تهویه‌شونده با روکش فیبر سیمان سفید بهره می‌برد و شیشه‌های پرکارایی، عملکرد صوتی و حرارتی آن را بهبود می‌بخشند. یک باغ آسمانی و یک سکوی تجاری این دو برج را به یکدیگر متصل می‌کنند. تراس‌های سبز و فضاهای مشترک نیز تعامل میان ساکنان و کارکنان را تقویت می‌کنند.

- One Verdi Park is a landmark mixed-use development redefining Bucharest’s skyline. The two towers integrate high-end residences, offices, and retail spaces, merging innovative design with sustainability. A bold structural approach enables panoramic views, while premium materials enhance elegance. The project prioritizes urban connectivity and green spaces, offering a seamless blend of luxury and functionality, setting a new benchmark for contemporary city living. Construction started during the pandemic, prompting a significant shift in plans. Originally intended as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments. This timely decision was made after design phases were completed and the three basement levels were built, marking the beginning of the FAST FORWARD CONVERSION project.

Initially conceived as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments after construction had already begun, with the three basement levels completed. This shift prompted a significant change in planning and design, while maintaining the towers’ connection via a sky garden and retail platform. Overcoming this challenge involved rethinking space usage and ensuring a seamless transition to an elevated residential experience.
