About House LW27 اقامتگاه خصوصی
خانه LW27 یک اقامتگاه خصوصی است که در زمینی نسبتاً کوچک در یک منطقه مسکونی ساخته شده است. حجم سفید بنا با عناصر سنگ طبیعی خشن تضاد ایجاد می‌کند. دیوارهای گچ‌کاری‌شده سفید، کف‌های چوب بلوط و سنگ طبیعی برای کف‌ها، حمام‌ها، شومینه‌ها و دیوارها فضای داخلی را شکل می‌دهند. در طبقه همکف، یک پلان باز آزادانه از شرق به غرب در امتداد استخر جریان می‌یابد. پنجره‌های کشویی از کف تا سقف، فضای داخل و خارج را در تمام طول سال به یکدیگر پیوند می‌دهند. طبقه بالا شامل اتاق‌خواب‌هایی با حمام اختصاصی است. یک تراس بام سبز، سطح زمینِ پوشیده‌شده توسط بنا را به طبیعت بازمی‌گرداند.

- A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
- Inspiration
- In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop. - Project Duration
- The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
- Operation Flow
- The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents. - Image Credits
