About Junior Golf Club Set ست چوب گلف

ست چوب گلف جونیور مجموعه‌ای از تجهیزات گلف است که برای کودکان ۳ تا ۱۲ سال طراحی شده است. این ست به ناهماهنگی میان چوب‌های بزرگسالان که صرفاً کوچک‌سازی شده‌اند و بیومکانیک بازیکنان خردسال پاسخ می‌دهد. طول شفت‌ها از ۳۰ تا ۳۹ اینچ و زاویه صفحه ضربه از ۱۵ تا ۵۳ درجه متغیر است تا با قد و سرعت سوئینگ کودک هماهنگ باشد. سر چوب با دقت بالا از آلیاژ آلومینیوم ۷۰۷۵ ریخته‌گری شده تا مرکز ثقل پایینی داشته باشد و شفت از کامپوزیت فیبر کربن ساخته شده است. گریپ‌های ارگونومیک متناسب با اندازه دست کودکان، خستگی را کاهش داده و سوئینگ‌های پایدار و یکنواخت را پشتیبانی می‌کنند.

Unique Properties: This is a professional golf set designed specifically for juniors aged 3–12. Based on age-specific biomechanical data, it matches children’s height and swing speed more accurately than scaled-down adult equipment. Lightweight materials and a low center of gravity maximize forgiveness, allowing the club to act as a natural extension of the body.

Production Technology: The clubhead is precision-cast from 7075 aluminum alloy for a lightweight, low-CG structure. The shaft uses carbon fiber composite to balance flex and weight for junior swing speeds. An ergonomic, child-sized grip reduces fatigue during practice.
Design Challenge: The main challenge was balancing adult-level performance with children’s physical limitations. The key technical hurdle was achieving low center of gravity in an ultra-lightweight carbon fiber structure. We also optimized casting and CNC processes to control costs for small-batch production while maintaining precision.
Research: This study used quantitative biomechanical methods to establish accurate sizing standards for golfers aged 3–12. Research showed standard junior clubs are poorly matched to children’s physical abilities, leading to compensatory swings. Optimizing shaft flex and clubhead weight significantly improves swing consistency.
Inspiration: Most junior golf clubs fail to account for the unique physical development of children aged 3 to 12. We therefore created customized specifications based on their height and swing patterns, with shaft lengths from 30 to 39 inches and face angles from 15 to 53 degrees, to better fit children’s body profiles.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2025 at 421 S Brookhurst St Ste 1312, Fullerton, and was completed in December 2025. Developed with a sports biomechanics team, its youth-oriented ergonomic design received positive feedback from junior equipment experts.
Operation Flow: Designed for intuitive use, the set supports efficient energy transfer and stable impact. The forgiving clubhead minimizes the effect of off-center hits and maintains a consistent ball trajectory. By reducing physical burden, it helps young players focus on proper swing posture and consistency.
