About Folded 01 صندلی ناهارخوری
Folded 01 یک صندلی ناهارخوری است. نشیمن و پشتی از یک ورق واحد آلومینیوم خام شکل گرفته‌اند که با دست خم شده است. فرم تاخورده به صندلی صلبیت می‌بخشد و اثری از خمش طبیعی ایجاد می‌کند که راحتی را افزایش می‌دهد. ورق آلومینیوم روی یک قاب فولادی رنگی نصب شده است که جزئیات رنگی ظریفی را ارائه می‌دهد. طراحی از تاخوردن یک یادداشت کاغذی مربعی الهام گرفته شده است که پس از تاشدن صلب می‌شود. صندلی دارای عرض ۴۵۰ میلی‌متر، عمق ۵۰۰ میلی‌متر و ارتفاع ۸۰۰ میلی‌متر است. هدف بازگشت به ذات شیء با ظاهری مینیمال بود.

- Folded 01 is the latest design by Erno Dierckx.By experimenting with production methods a dinningchair was born.
Erno Dierckx tries to challenge the way excitingchairs are constructed and goes back to the essence of the product. The object has a minimalistic yet sophisticated look. The chair consists out of honestand durable materials with a subtle color detail. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Production Technology
- The chair consist out of a hand bended aluminum sheet. The raw material is combined with a coloured steel frame.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge was te find a reliable folding technique with a minimal and beautiful appearance
- Inspiration
- The idea started while playing with a post-it note used to right down ideas. By folding the square sheet a rigid shape arises. This technique was used to construct a chair. The folded chair consists out of a raw aluminum sheet bend by hand and mounted on a colored steel frame.
- Project Duration
- Project started Februari 2018 in Antwerp Belgium and finished november 2019. First time exhibited Contemporary design fair Brussels.
- Operation Flow
- Folded 01 is a dinning chair made out of a single sheet raw aluminum. The folding technique gives the chair the needed comfort and has a natural bending effect
