About Sapphire Asuinsisustussuunnittelu
Sapphire on asuinsisustussuunnittelu kotiin Taipeissa, Taiwanissa. Lattiapinta-ala on noin 83 neliömetriä, ja se käsittää eteisen, olohuoneen, ruokailutilan, keittiön, kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Alkuperäinen kolmen makuuhuoneen pohjaratkaisu muutettiin kahden makuuhuoneen suunnitelmaksi, jotta yhteiset tilat saatiin suuremmiksi ja kodin sosiaalista toimintaa parannettua. Sinisiä sävyjä ja käsittelemätöntä valubetonia yhdistetään tammeen, tiikkiin, viilutettuun puuhun, laattoihin ja metalliin. Selkeät linjat, sujuva kulkureitti, piilotettu säilytystila ja tilaukseen räätälöidyt huonekalut luovat rauhallisen ja tilavan tunnelman.

- Unique Properties
- The design the design team chose to use cold colors to create Loft American style residence for the clients . The overall design is composed by clean lines, smooth circulation, and hidden storage configuration. The space is carefully planned as a laid out so that everyone can feel a spacious and comfortable form the moment they step into the house. The specially customized furniture give a sophisticated sense of luxury and the visual perception.

- The floor area is about 83 square meters and the layout consists of entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

- Design Challenge
- Trying to expand the overall activity area has become one of the design priorities, especially because the client gives the design team an opportunity to create freely. At the same time, the client also hopes to receive guest and friends inside the house to show their personal charm through the appearance of the home itself. The design team needs to communicate with the client starting the early planning stage, and use 3D rendering to ensure that the design able to fulfill the clients need, and create a comfortable gentleman like environment through the bold color matching.
- Research
- This project is based on the calm blue and fair faced concrete design, supplemented by the warm wooden material and delicate furniture. The delicate design elements show the clients high preference, so that high standard living taste can be seen everywhere; such as from the custom made furniture in the living room, dark wooden ceiling, simple and clean appearance of the guest bathroom, everything shows the unique and personal taste of the client. In addition, the bedroom is designed with a modern and gorgeous feeling, showing the warmth, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere.
- Inspiration
- The overall is dominated by blue and cold water model that symbolize restraint and low-key life, and complemented by dark wooden furniture to create a home full of taste and texture. The master plan outlines a gentleman-like home style through clean lines, spacious area, and customized furniture. It is hoped that the client can have a relaxing environment after work, and at the same time can serve as an ideal home to the client and guests.
- Project Duration
- The project finished in January, 2019 in Taipei, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- After considering the needs of the client, the design team adjusted the three-bedroom layout into two-bedroom layout configuration, changing the entrance area to be a public area not just expanding the activity are but also enhances the social function of the house, so the client can enjoy more spacious and comfortable space while receiving friends and relatives.
