About Skgarden Villas Asuinrakentaminen

Libanonilaisen kehittäjän Can Do Contractorsin tilaama Skygarden Villas sijaitsee Yalıkavakin kalliolla. Arkkitehtonista konseptia etsittäessä pyrittiin luomaan yksinkertainen ja järkevä rakenne toiminnallisuuden, rakentamisen ja hyödyntämisen näkökulmasta. Kodissa on parvekkeet, lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ja terassit, joista on panoraamanäkymät Välimerelle. Rakennuksen sisätilat tehtiin orgaanisesti virtaamaan sisätiloista ulko-asumiseen samalla kun säilytettiin vahva tunne myös yksityisyydestä.

Unique Properties: A 11 villa residential development which is nestled on a cliff of Yalıkavak, The exterior of the Skygarden Villas showcases a refined material palette with a mixture of textures such as stone, concrete and glass combined with wooden panels. The use of soft colours allows the villas to blend with their surroundings and to achieve a natural look and feel. The balconies and terraces landscaped with lush plantings increase the contact with nature while enjoying the views. Each villa has an infinity pool which blends seamlessly with the horizon, inviting people to enjoy the sunshine.

Production Technology: The project is currently being built by using both concrete and steel structure methods.
Design Challenge: Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
Research: Commissioned by Lebanese developer Can Do Contractors, Skygarden Villas are nestled on a cliff of Yalıkavak. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces providing panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Inspiration: The emphasis of the project was to use the plot as best as possible to create villas wit maximum panoramic views while being able to maintain sizeable gardens. To respond to the challenge, eleven unique villas are designed in this development. Each with its own idyllic Aegean Sea view, these exquisite villas make Bodrum’s overwhelming natural beauty accessible from the comfort of fully furnished private residences.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2018 in Bodrum, Turkey, and will be finished in 2020. Currently, it is under construction.
Operation Flow: Each villa has been designed for their respective locations to make the best of the geographical
advantages of the area. The villas feature balconies and terraces where residents can enjoy the
stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The floor-to-ceiling windows contribute to the
luminosity of the interiors and offer excellent panoramic views. The
