About Shine City Myyntikeskuksen sisustussuunnittelu

Shine City on 1000 neliömetrin kokoinen myyntikeskus Chengdussa Kiinassa. Sisustussuunnittelu ammentaa Song-dynastian estetiikasta, aikakaudesta, joka yhdistetään yksinkertaisiin muotoihin, vaatimattomiin väreihin ja pelkistettyihin pintoihin. Silkki, jota käytettiin maalauspintana ennen paperia, on suunnittelun keskeinen viitepiste. Ruskehtavia lankalasiseiniä on aseteltu riveihin jäljittelemään silkin tekstuuria. Asennettu taidevalaisin muistuttaa Song-dynastian posliinin halkeillutta pintaa. Tyhjä tila ja hillityt yksityiskohdat luovat rauhallisen ja runollisen tunnelman.
