Ainutlaatuiset ominaisuudet: This is a guest house in a commercial office building with a rectangular space with only one exit and light.
The independence and wrapping of the space require special consideration due to the requirement to consider sound insulation and the use of the majority of people.
The focus of this project is on how to make effective use of artificial light to increase the richness of the environment and produce the maximum number of users in a single light and limited space.

Muotoiluhaaste: The goal is to accommodate as many people as possible in a space with a variety of functions while minimizing sound interference from audio-visual entertainment equipment.
Tutkimus: We gathered the acoustics literature and research on the effects of various materials on sound transmission, as well as the use of an asymmetric wall shape to solve the echo problem caused by sound.
To absorb and lessen the sound created by the audio-visual entertainment area, we also employ flexible foam wall material and a double wall approach.
