About House in Niigata Asuinrakennus
Niigatan talo on yksityisasunto, joka on suunniteltu nelihenkiselle perheelle vanhalla ja tiiviisti rakennetulla asuinalueella. Ulkoseinät on tehty puumateriaalista, joka on sävytetty kevyen harmaaksi, jolloin rakennus sulautuu harmonisesti ympäröivään katukuvaan. Pohjaratkaisu on jäsennelty kahden puutarhan ympärille. Betoniseinän rajaama sisäpiha sijaitsee maantasokerroksessa, ja puisen ristikkorakenteen kehystämä kattoterassi sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa. Kaikki huoneet avautuvat näille kahdelle puutarhalle, joten verhojen kaltaisia näkösuojia ei tarvita. Rakennuksessa on käytetty perinteistä puurakentamista.

We have verified how to take in light and wind many times.
Therefore, we have realized openness and a private space. - Inspiration

The surrounding houses are all built at the same time.
The exterior is made of similar industrial material.
In an old residential area, I wanted to change the uniform cityscape while cooperating with the cityscape.
Even in a residential area in an urban area, I thought of a house that feels nature. - Project Duration
- Construction started in 2017 in Niigata, Japan. Completed in 2018.
- Operation Flow
- On the first floor, we created a courtyard surrounded by a concrete wall.
On the second floor, we made a roof terrace and surrounded it with a wooden lattice and an outer wall.

There is no need for blindfolds such as curtains.
The connection with the outside will be strengthened positively.
