About Horyukaku Kuvitus
Kuvituksen inspiraationa on japanilainen klassikkokirjallisuus Nanso Satomi Hakkenden. Horyukaku on suosittu kohtaus Kabukissa. Muotoilun teemana on perinteisten japanilaisten ja eurooppalaisten designien harmonia. Perinteiset japanilaiset aiheet piirrettiin yhdistämällä art nouveau- ja art deco -tyylejä. Ensin tehtiin käsin piirretty maalaus ja väritettiin sitten Photoshopissa päästäkseen lähemmäksi aitoa vintage-designin laatua. Vaikka designin näkevät ihmiset eivät eläneet tuona aikakautena, he voivat tuntea tuttuutta ja nostalgiaa.
