About Kayan 2022 Kalenteri

Kayan 2022 on arkkitehtitoimistolle suunniteltu taitettava kalenteri. Kalenteri on painettu päällystämättömälle puuvapaalle paperille ja taittuu pieneksi neliöksi, jota on helppo kuljettaa ja säilyttää. Avattuna arkki muodostaa suuren neliönmuotoisen julisteen seinälle tai ilmoitustaululle. Jokainen kuukausi esitetään geometrisen muodon avulla, ja päivämäärät virtaavat muotojen ympärillä. Viikonloput on painettu eri värillä nopeaa lukemista varten. Avoin, tyhjä tila jättää tilaa muistiinpanoille. Vuoden päätyttyä julisteen voi kääntää toisin päin, jolloin näkyviin tulee kollaasi arkkitehtuurin yksityiskohdista.

It was designed in a foldable pocket size to make it easier for clients to collect and consider, when the calendar is opened it transforms into a big square poster that can be displayed on a board or wall. The dates are gray in color and the weekends are colored differently for easier identification. The numbers flow around the unique iconic shapes.
