Tässä projektissa uudistettiin 1990-luvun asuintalo, joka edusti alun perin tuon vuosikymmenen brasilialaisen suunnittelun symbolista, korkealaatuista arkkitehtuuria. Arkkitehtuurin merkittävyyden vuoksi toimenpiteet rajattiin sisätiloihin, tavoitteena säilyttää 1990-luvun henki samalla kun tilat päivitettiin nykyaikaisiin standardeihin. Lähestymistavassa huomioitiin alkuperäinen suunnittelunäkemys, jolloin toiminnallisuutta ja mukavuutta parannettiin muuttamatta rakennuksen arkkitehtonista olemusta.
