About Szhk Science and Technology Project Korkea toimistorakennus
Szhk Science and Technology Project on korkea toimistorakennushanke Shenzhenissä, Kiinassa. 250 metrin korkuinen päärakennus tuo mieleen kiinanparasolipuun kohoavan muodon, kun taas liiketilapodium on muotoiltu puiden kaltaiseksi ja sen julkisivu mukailee parasolipuun lehtiä. Suunnitelma muodostaa ympärivuorokautisen asumisen, vapaa-ajan ja työskentelyn tilojen kokonaisuuden, johon kuuluvat yhteisöllinen terveyskeskus, puumajakirjakauppa, pelikeskus ja taidekeskus. Luonnollinen ilmanvaihto, rei'itetyt alumiiniset julkisivupaneelit, podiumin viherkatto ja katolle sijoitettu aurinkolämmitteinen vedenlämmitys vähentävät energiankulutusta.
