Book Text: Gothic Delicacy on macaron, joka on suunniteltu goottilaisen visuaalisen teeman ympärille. Kuoret ovat mustia, väritetty elintarvikelaatuisella aktiivihiilellä, ja valmistettu hienoksi jauhetusta manteliyaahasta, tomusokerista ja kypsytetystä munanvalkuaisesta.
