Secrets ja Impression Moxche määrittelevät luksuksen uudelleen Riviera Mayalla yhdistäen modernin muotoilun kulttuuriperintöön 140 000 neliömetrin alueella. Hanke yhdistää cenote-luolista inspiroituneet altaat, kattoterassien horisonttialtaat ja keinotekoisen ranta-altaan, mikä syventää uppoutumista luonnon kauneuteen. Paikallisesti hankitut materiaalit ja päivänseisaukseen perustuva pohjaratkaisu yhdistävät arkkitehtuurin ympäristöönsä.
