Tietoa: Reconstruction Project Huvila

Uudistusprojekti on entisen konsulaattirakennuksen muuttaminen huvilaksi Istanbulissa. Suunnittelu luo moderneja asuintiloja säilyttäen samalla rakennuksen alkuperäisen luonteen. Sisätilat on kunnostettu, moderneja suunnitteluelementtejä on lisätty, ja julkisivu on siistitty. Tehokkaasti eristävät materiaalit tukevat energiatehokkuutta, ja akustisesti optimoidut paneelit parantavat sisätilojen viihtyisyyttä. Rakennuksen tietomallinnus ja tietokoneavusteinen suunnittelu ohjasivat suunnitteluprosessia. Avoimet tilat, luonnonvalo ja parannettu sisätilojen kulkuvirta muovaavat pohjaratkaisua.

Tuotantoteknologia
Our consulate-to-villa transformation project is carried out using modern materials and production technologies. The project was strategically planned with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and highly insulated materials were preferred to increase energy efficiency. Comfort is increased with acoustically optimized panels in the interior. The detailing process was accelerated with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, and the prototype stages were supported with 3D printing techniques. These methods ensure that the project is evaluated at the highest level in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.
Muotoiluhaaste
The biggest challenge in this project was to provide modern comfort and functionality while preserving the authenticity of the historical building. From a historical and social perspective, it was necessary to take into account the cultural values of the building. Technically, the structural limitations of the existing structure and the incompatibility of the old materials were major obstacles. Additionally, complying with local laws and regulations and integrating modern technologies and access to information were also challenging.
Tutkimus
