About Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club Club-house communautaire
Le Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club est l'aménagement intérieur d'un club-house résidentiel situé à Qingdao, en Chine, une ville nichée entre montagne et mer. D'une superficie de 4 239 mètres carrés, le club-house réunit une grande diversité de fonctions au sein d'une même structure sculpturale. L'espace se déploie en spirale vers le haut afin de capter un maximum de lumière naturelle et d'ouvrir les perspectives vers le ciel, en hommage aux jardins traditionnels chinois. Les matériaux naturels et les variations de la lumière du jour instaurent une atmosphère paisible et confortable. Ce design moderne et épuré met le paysage au centre et offre aux résidents un cadre convivial propice aux échanges.

- Phoenix Pearl is located in Qingdao,a city lying between mountain and sea.It boasts a grand seascape while it is characterized by the sea,it keeps its own identity of a secluded and natural land of wonder.The design takes into consideration residents new understanding of the circle of home and life,and casts a profound insight to interdependence between human beings,nature and art.

- The project started in January 2019 in Qingdao,China and finished in June 2019.
- Operation Flow
- In the sculptural structure,a variety of functions are designed into it.The variable space spirals up,which constitutes designers’homage to the traditional Chinese gardens,while also obtaining the maximum natural light and an upward view.The extending upward view epitomes the unlimited possibilities of life.
