About Vanke Yantai Chang An Centre de vente immobilier

Vanke Yantai Chang An est un centre de vente immobilier situé dans le district de Laishan, à Yantai. L'aménagement intérieur s'étend sur 2 368 mètres carrés et comprend un vaste hall doté d'une hauteur sous plafond généreuse. Le thème du projet s'inspire du mode de vie de l'élite dépeint dans le roman À la recherche du temps perdu ainsi que dans le film Gatsby le Magnifique. Les tonalités noir et blanc, associées à un lustre contemporain, confèrent à l'espace un caractère élégant. Des installations artistiques, telles qu'une sculpture représentant un appareil photo, s'accordent avec le thème retenu et avec les ambiances mobilières.

Unique Properties: This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

Research: Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
Inspiration: Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
