About Vivo Unicenter Office Design intérieur de bureaux

Vivo Unicenter Office est un aménagement intérieur de bureaux situé à Shenzhen. Le projet trouve un équilibre entre intimité et communication ouverte, afin que les équipes et les individus puissent travailler côte à côte au sein d'un même grand espace. Dans le hall, le sol de la banque d'accueil s'associe au traitement des murs et du plafond pour exprimer la culture d'entreprise. Un traitement homogène est appliqué à l'ensemble des espaces de travail des collaborateurs. Les principaux matériaux sont la pierre blanche Jazz, un placage de chêne jaune à fil droit, une moquette artistique et du verre laqué. Il en résulte un environnement de travail épuré et contemporain, à la fois confortable et efficace.

Unique Properties: This case not only has a certain sense of domain and privacy, but also has considerable communication with large spaces. This satisfies the functionality of the group and the individual in a large space that each perform their duties and get along harmoniously, reflecting the symbiosis of the whole and the part.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project covers a total of 99390 square meters.

Production Technology: The main materials in this project are Jazz white stone, straight-grain yellow oak finish, artistic carpet, painted glass.
Design Challenge: In the treatment of lobby space, based on simple and modern design techniques, the design focuses on embodying practical, modern, and environmentally friendly humanized design concepts. In line with the company's CI strategy, it reflects the image of high-tech companies.
Research: The biggest feature of office space is publicity. This case should take care of the aesthetic needs and functional requirements of multiple employees. The whole office space, no matter in space division, function combination, material application, color matching, top and lighting design, embodies modern, simple and clear, creating a comfortable, convenient, sanitary, safe and efficient working environment for the staff.
Inspiration: The interior design comprehensively interprets Shenzhen's humanistic feelings, from Vivo's flexible, unrestrained and comprehensive conception, extracts and applies elements, and combines the characteristics of the contemporary Internet technology era to build a high-end office center.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2018 in Shenzhen and finished in October 2018 in Shenzhen.
Operation Flow: The design of the front desk floor of the lobby and the combination of the wall and the top design show the company's corporate culture.
