Excentrico est un produit constructif de la fonction bloc ajouré. Il s'inspire de la région caribéenne où il est nécessaire que les espaces soient perméables. Ce produit a pour objectif d'optimiser la ventilation naturelle des espaces architecturaux intérieurs en obtenant une meilleure circulation naturelle utilisée comme stratégie bioclimatique. Il est développé en 3 variantes avec la différence de forme du trou central.
