About Fantasy Factory Magasin De Détail

L'usine fantastique avec la boulangerie sur place comme principal argument de vente, intègre les secteurs du thé, de la vente au détail, des cadeaux IP et des bars pour créer un magasin d'usine multifonctionnel. Le concept de design FTY a été extrait de Factory. F signifie Juste. Pour un grand flux de personnes et des catégories de produits riches, l'espace a été raboté à la manière d'un marché. T signifie Temps. La couleur de la boutique est extraite des changements de couleur du ciel, impliquant les changements d'heure d'une journée. Y fait référence à Vous (clients). Le différent Vous dans le miroir est étendu au dispositif interactif multidimensionnel.

Unique Properties: The fantasy factory of Nayuki is located in Shenzhen, With on-site baking as the core selling point, it integrates tea, retail, IP gifts, and bar sectors to create a multi-functional factory store that provides baking, leisure, tasting, and experience.

b.How to integrate different functional areas (baking, tea, bar, retail, gift area) in the design and show them in the full-time business model.

Research Objectives: different types of factory store, retail store
Methodology: desktop survey , site visit
Insights: since there are many traits of the brand, we choose 4 traits: rich product categories, big area, full time period, large flow of people to present.
Inspiration: The idea FTY was extracted from factory. F stands for Fair. For large flow of people and rich product categories, the space was planned in the way of a market.T stands for Time. Inspired by the SKY series of photography by ERIC CAHAN, the color is extracted from the color changes of the sky, implying time changes of a day. Y refers to You (customers). To emphasize the relationship between customers and Nayuki Space. Different You in the mirror is extended to the multi-dimensional interactive device.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen.
