About Br Design Center Design intérieur de bureau

Br Design Center est un aménagement intérieur de bureau conçu pour un atelier créatif à Chongqing, en Chine. Le projet adopte un style industriel de type loft. Les canalisations d'eau, les réseaux électriques et les conduites de lutte contre l'incendie restent apparents sur les murs. Les matériaux récupérés sur le chantier sont réemployés et les éléments industriels existants sont conservés. L'enveloppe du bâtiment fait appel à une résille métallique à double couche qui filtre l'excès de lumière tout en préservant l'éclairage naturel et la ventilation. Un système photovoltaïque de plus de 800 mètres carrés est installé en toiture. Les espaces, organisés en strates, favorisent les interactions entre les collaborateurs et les visiteurs.

Unique Properties: The design style of this case is deduced in the LOFT industrial style, using environmentally friendly, rough texture, strong color contrast, pop-style decoration language, and the re-utilization of recycled materials as much as possible, and the available materials recovered on the construction site. Through the later ingenious design, reflecting the moving details full of industry characteristics and humanistic feelings.
Dimensions & Packaging: The building skin is made of a double-layer grid structure, using a mesh metal mesh structure to filter excess light while ensuring natural lighting and ventilation, forming an effective sunshade system and increasing indoor energy consumption.

Production Technology: The design keeps as much as possible the industrial symbols and elements in the existing buildings, maximizes the recycling of building materials, and pays attention to the energy consumption and energy conservation and environmental protection technology of the building in the future use.
In the building roof of this case, a solar photovoltaic system of more than 800 square meters was designed and installed.
Design Challenge: It integrates practical functions and cutting-edge design, trying to innovate in the new office space, so that the space and the people in it ( Including employees and visitors) make changes together, inspire creativity and dynamic thinking of employees, promote interaction and communication between employees as much as possible, and improve work efficiency and passion.
Research: As the internship base of the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, Brothers Decoration Creative Workshop selects a large number of outstanding design talents to pursue their dreams and practice their creativity every year.
The Google-style office environment and freehand creative space not only provide Chuanmei students with a broad design internship platform, but also create a mature exchange and creative space for local home improvement designers in Chongqing.
Inspiration: The Brothers Decoration Creative Workshop, a creative workshop integrating home culture, creative industries, smart technology, and environmental protection, draws on the design concepts and expression language of the energy-saving and environmentally friendly organic building A large number of pipes such as water, electricity and fire fighting facilities are exposed on the facade wall, presenting a unique and strong LOFT industrial style.
Project Duration: The project started in Chongqing, China in 2016, and was finally completed in Chongqing, China in 2019.
Operation Flow: The building in this case is a new building, and the floor layout tends to be flat and closed. In order to enhance the unique stylization of the overall space and make the space full of tension and excitement, the design director Wen Zheping adopted complex but ingenious spaces and mistakes. The layered pattern, similar to the rhythmic relationship between strong and weak sound, enhances the interest of the space, and strengthens the efficient "departmental neighborhood system".
