About Yoga House Maison durable

La Yoga House est une maison durable conçue comme un abri enterré à énergie solaire passive. Le bâtiment couvre 224 mètres carrés et est réalisé en matériaux naturels et surcyclés. La construction à forte inertie thermique et la ventilation naturelle régulent la température intérieure. Des panneaux solaires et des éoliennes fournissent l'électricité, tandis que l'eau de pluie est récupérée et stockée pour un usage à long terme. Un jardin biologique permet de cultiver des aliments sur place. L'implantation, principalement de plain-pied, s'oriente librement sur le terrain afin de préserver tous les arbres existants et d'ouvrir les vues les plus favorables.

Unique Properties: Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
