About Greenwich Design d'intérieur résidentiel

Greenwich est un projet d'aménagement intérieur résidentiel conçu pour un petit appartement à Taïwan. Une mezzanine permet d'augmenter la surface utile malgré l'emprise au sol limitée. Les éléments en verre et en fer laissent pénétrer la lumière naturelle jusque dans les moindres recoins. De fines mains courantes en acier ainsi qu'une passerelle d'escalier délimitent les espaces tout en préservant l'ouverture visuelle. Le projet évoque les escaliers en fer de Manhattan, où le propriétaire a autrefois vécu. Les matériaux principaux sont le panneau de particules, la peinture minérale à base d'eau et un revêtement de sol en composite pierre-plastique, sélectionnés pour leur faible teneur en formaldéhyde et leur faible volatilité.

The excellent support structure of steel is used to make the floor handrails have a more slender line and sense of penetration, while reducing the shielding rate.
Research: In the limited floor area, use the mezzanine design to increase the use of space. The combination of glass and iron pieces brings sunlight from a large area into every corner of the room. Let the line sense of the iron parts increase the level of the indoor space and divide the area.From the perspective of the occupants as a starting point, to experience the role that is about to enter, in addition to the convenience of life, it also integrates emotional communication.
Inspiration: The homeowner who once lived in Manhattan has deep memories and emotions for the lines of the iron staircase outside the building. The picture is reproduced by the staircase walkway on the mezzanine.
