Pearl River Wenjiang Bloc B est un plan directeur urbain pour un quartier d'affaires à usage mixte à Chengdu, en Chine. Le plan comprend 14 tours de bureaux de grande hauteur, 10 rues commerçantes piétonnes et des socles en front de rue d'un à deux niveaux. Des systèmes de transport diversifiés se combinent pour former une ville tridimensionnelle. Les îlots ouverts, les parcs en bord d'eau et les cours artistiques favorisent une vie quotidienne saine et agréable.
