About Lewis Banc

Lewis est un banc modulaire conçu pour les intérieurs contemporains de petites dimensions. Le banc mesure 1200 mm de largeur, 400 mm de profondeur et 400 mm de hauteur. Une structure démontable permet un conditionnement à plat, ce qui réduit les coûts de transport. Le coussin est garni de ouate de rembourrage 28D offrant une grande résilience, et les pièces métalliques reçoivent une finition en peinture écologique. Le coussin est réversible : une face est capitonnée pour l'assise, tandis que la face opposée forme un plateau plat destiné au rangement. Les lignes épurées et les coloris actuels s'inspirent de l'art abstrait géométrique contemporain.

Production Technology: Kd modular structure,the use of 28D Styling cotton,the overall resilience is high,the metal is environmentally friendly paint,and through the chemical testing of multiple parties.
Design Challenge: This series formulates a series of standardized technology and improves production efficiency. The products have passed pressure, torque, and box tests. Although the KD module disassembly structure has brought great challenges to the design, flat packaging can save more transportation costs, and users can buy higher cost -effective products.
Research: With the development of the times,the boundaries of home space gradually blurred,people's functional definition of living space has become more and more open,the furniture has long broken through the concept of home. From the previous huge dull to today's miniaturization,lightweight,flexible.Furniture is no longer a simple functional requirements and fill the space props,it is a collection of contemporary lifestyle,functional needs,aesthetics and personality of a carrier.
Inspiration: Inspired by contemporary geometric abstraction art, combined with the lifestyle and aesthetics of modern young people, adopted fashion colors and simple lines to add a unique charm to their lives.
Project Duration: The project started in Shenzhen in January 2023 and completed in Shenzhen in September 2023
Operation Flow: This series of products can cover a number of scenarios in which it can be either upholstered seating or turned into storage furniture.The upholstered cushion has a front and back side,the front side is upholstered,and when turned over it becomes a countertop that can be used for storage.
