Next Collection est un complexe résidentiel conçu en relation avec le paysage de Green Cape. Le bâtiment se compose de trois ailes indépendantes posées sur un socle accueillant un jardin. La toiture-terrasse est aménagée en espace convivial doté d'un restaurant, d'un bar et d'une piscine. L'implantation des ailes favorise une circulation fluide entre les appartements et le jardin du socle. L'intérieur adopte une approche minimaliste, avec un thème nautique et une palette de couleurs apaisante. Le projet marie des formes organiques à la topographie environnante.
