À propos de Royal One Club-house privé

Royal One est un club-house privé conçu pour un propriétaire collectionneur de vins qui reçoit famille et amis. L'aménagement intérieur se déploie sur quatre niveaux en élévation et un niveau en sous-sol, comprenant une cave à vin, un restaurant, une salle de barbecue en sous-sol, une salle de billard, une salle audiovisuelle et des chambres. Les espaces s'organisent autour d'un hall circulaire, une forme qui traduit l'idée d'harmonie. Dans l'espace repas, des panneaux d'aluminium composent des cercles de tailles différentes qui se chevauchent. Une installation en forme de goutte d'eau est suspendue au-dessus du centre du hall, réalisée dans un matériau réfléchissant et dotée d'un éclairage LED intégré.

Propriétés Uniques: 1.Purpose:
This case involves a private club designed for an owner who enjoys collecting wine and hosting friends and family to share fine wines and meals. The aim is to meet the needs for personal and social balance, enhancing interpersonal communication.
2.Functionality:
The property spans four floors above ground and one below, featuring a wine cellar, restaurant, underground barbecue room, billiards room, audio-visual entertainment room, bedrooms， among other functional spaces.
Dimensions & Emballage: Water Droplet Art Installation:
The installation, approximately 2500 millimeters in height, is suspended above the center of the circular hall at a height of 5000 millimeters. It's crafted from highly reflective materials with built-in LED lighting, creating dynamic effects through light refraction.

Given the owner's love for fine wines and gourmet food, the design uses flexible spatial planning, like areas arranged around a circular hall, and multifunctional features, including a tour-friendly wine cellar, an underground barbecue room, and an audio-visual room. This approach crafts a luxury social space catering to contemporary preferences.
Recherche: The goal is to establish a high-end club that balances privacy with social interaction, offering a relaxing and communicative space for modern individuals.
Functional areas such as the dining room, wine cellar, and teppanyaki restaurant enhance social interactions, while the audio-visual room and bedrooms cater to private needs.
Through meticulously designed layouts and elements, a comfortable yet interactive environment is created.
Inspiration: Concept:

1.Inclusivity and Harmony of the Circle:
The circle, symbolizing completeness and harmony, reflects the Chinese philosophical concept of "unity of heaven and humanity." It's a totem revered in Chinese culture for its emphasis on harmony. Circular design explores the connection between space and emotional needs.

2.Integration of Natural Elements:
Inspired by the beauty of nature, water droplet art installations symbolize the flow of life, bringing vitality to the space.
