Gothic Delicacy est un macaron conçu autour d'un thème visuel gothique. Les coques, noires, sont colorées au charbon actif de qualité alimentaire et élaborées à partir de poudre d'amande finement broyée, de sucre glace et de blancs d'œufs vieillis. Des éclats d'amande acérés et des pointes aux reflets bronze composent le décor, conférant à ce petit dessert une allure spectaculaire. Le concept a d'abord été développé à l'aide d'une plateforme de génération d'images par intelligence artificielle, puis réalisé à la main.
