À propos de Breezes of Sunshine Design d'intérieur résidentiel

« Breezes of Sunshine » est un projet de design d'intérieur résidentiel pour une maison de deux étages de 429,75 mètres carrés située à Taipei, Taïwan. La distribution d'origine a été repensée, la structure renforcée et une étanchéité a été ajoutée. L'escalier a été remodelé au sein de la structure existante afin que la lumière naturelle puisse atteindre des zones auparavant sombres. Des baies vitrées toute hauteur et des portes coulissantes au premier étage ouvrent l'intérieur sur les vues extérieures. L'espace repas fait appel à des panneaux Fenix bleus, faiblement réfléchissants et résistants aux traces de doigts. Des placages de bois massif et du marbre ont été retenus comme matériaux naturels.

Propriétés Uniques: The large floor-to-ceiling windows invite the outdoor scenery inside, enriching the visual experience of the home. The reimagined staircase not only connects various areas but also introduces abundant natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance. The attention to detail and integration of artistic and cultural elements creates a unique charm that complements the family's lifestyle, fostering a harmonious interplay between people and space.

Technologie de Production: The staircase was reimagined within the existing structure to transform its shape, allowing light to penetrate and dispel the previously dark areas. On the second floor, sliding doors are combined with floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the sense of openness. The dining area features blue Fenix panels, known for their low reflectivity, fingerprint resistance, and soft. Committed to environmental sustainability, using natural, non-polluting materials such as solid wood veneers and marble.
Défi de Conception: One of the primary challenges was introducing natural light into the space by removing existing glass windows. Due to the building's height, this was a complex task requiring careful planning and execution while to reinforce the structural integrity of the walls, adding safety enhancements to the old building. The structural columns in the first-floor living room not only support the floor above but also, through thoughtful lighting design, symbolize the family’s emotional pillars.
Recherche: This project involves a 10-year, two-story residence spanning 430sqm. The original layout featured numerous partitions that did not align with the client’s needs and suffered from occasional water leakage issues. Addressed these challenges by reconfiguring the layout and flow, reinforcing the structure, rewiring, implementing waterproofing solutions, and redesigning the windows, elevating the quality of life and creating a fresh new look for the home.
Inspiration: The client envisions a life filled with beauty and comfort, emphasizing the importance of creating cohesive public spaces that serve as a hub for family bonding. They seek a home where children can grow and learn, while elders can enjoy a comfortable and enriching environment. The goal is to craft a living space that combines functionality and aesthetics, blending natural and cultural elements to depict an enchanting lifestyle.
Durée du Projet: The project finished in February 2023 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Flux Opérationnel: The design centers around creating an open and comfortable living environment that seamlessly integrates natural light and outdoor views. It aims to connect different areas of the home while fostering a sense of togetherness for the family. Incorporating elements of music, art, and literature, the design embraces a minimalist and understated approach, using light and shadow to craft a distinctive, poetic ambiance. Drawing inspiration from the local surroundings, the home becomes a tranquil retreat amidst the urban hustle, where large windows open to reveal a serene, stress-free sanctuary, an ideal place for relaxation and a leisurely idyll.
