Symbiose Mutualiste est une bague inspirée des cristaux symbiotiques. Le design associe des anneaux en or 18 carats et en argent 925 sertis de pierres précieuses naturelles. L'or 18 carats conserve sa texture brute, sans traitement de surface, ce qui contraste avec les éléments saillants polis et la douceur de l'anneau intérieur. La partie en argent 925 est patinée par des lavages acides répétés, une calcination et un traitement spécial afin de révéler l'éclat naturel du métal. La bague mesure 14,5 mm sur 14,5 mm sur 5 mm. Sa forme exprime l'idée que les imperfections peuvent devenir des qualités uniques.

Production Technology: The texture of 18k gold in 'Mutualistic Symbiosis' reveals its original state, untouched by surface treatment. This starkly contrasts with the polished textures of protruding elements and the smooth inner ring. The 925 silver section employs a burnishing technique, achieved through continual acid washing, calcination, and special treatment, to bring out the inherent brilliance of the silver on the metal surface.
Research: In designing Mutualistic Symbiosis, one of the main challenges was balancing the raw, natural textures with the polished elements. The goal was to highlight imperfections without compromising the piece’s overall aesthetic. Achieving this required refining techniques like acid washing and calcination on the 925 silver to enhance its natural brilliance, while ensuring the untreated 18k gold complemented the polished areas. Through careful experimentation, the design successfully conveyed the concept of embracing imperfections as unique qualities.
Inspiration: "Mutualistic Symbiosis", a captivating unconventional ring, inspired by symbiotic crystals, symbolizing the unique beauty found even in imperfect natural creations. Set with shimmering gems in both gold and silver bands, it represents the serendipitous harmony where imperfections blend into a new form of beauty.
Project Duration: Started in October 2023 and finished in May 2024 in Chongqing, China.
Operation Flow: "Mutualistic Symbiosis" not only boasts a unique appearance but also carries profound symbolism and emotional value. Belonging to the "Defect" series of jewelry, each piece draws inspiration from an understanding of perfection, presenting distinctive forms and unique textures. This diversity not only allows individuals to confront their own shortcomings but also fosters an awareness that imperfections are universally present. Embracing and accepting one's flaws, recognizing that these imperfections can also become one's unique traits.
