About Turandot Design intérieur de restaurant

Turandot est un intérieur de restaurant qui marie les esthétiques chinoise et italienne. L'espace s'étend sur 850 mètres carrés répartis sur deux niveaux. Les deux salles sont unifiées par une même solution de design : des tubes en laiton qui dissimulent le câblage électrique. La salle chinoise se distingue par des ornements traditionnels et des motifs de dragons. La salle italienne présente une fresque numérique contemporaine inspirée du David de Michel-Ange. Les matériaux employés comprennent le marbre, le granit, le plâtre, le laiton et l'agate. Presque tous les éléments sont réalisés à la main et les luminaires sont conçus sur mesure. Cet intérieur exprime un dialogue entre deux cultures.

Unique Properties: Turandot Restaurant is a conceptual project blending Chinese and Italian aesthetics. Two halls are unified by a single design solution: brass pipes (1,000m) that conceal electrical wiring. The Chinese Hall features traditional ornaments and dragons, while the Italian Hall showcases a modern digital fresco of Michelangelo’s “David”. Materials include marble, agate, and custom lighting. The project symbolizes cultural dialogue, merging art and innovation.

Production Technology: The restaurant’s design features natural materials such as marble, granite, gypsum, brass, and agates, adding elegance and luxury to the interior. Almost all elements are handcrafted, creating a unique atmosphere. Custom-designed lighting fixtures enhance the space, providing a refined ambiance. Inspiration: Inspired by a dialogue between ancient Eastern traditions and modern Western elegance, Turandot Restaurant transforms dining into an immersive art experience. The fusion of intricate Chinese motifs with a contemporary interpretation of classical art inspires innovation and timeless beauty in every detail from brass piping to bespoke lighting fixtures.
Project Duration: Project implementation began in 2015, and the opening took place in 2018 in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.
