About Koho Intérieur de siège social, intérieur de hall d'exposition
Koho est un aménagement intérieur de siège social et de hall d'exposition d'une surface construite de 5 000 mètres carrés. La distribution associe les fonctions de bureau à des espaces d'exposition consacrés au design de mobilier. L'eau, les cercles et les arcs constituent le thème principal et se retrouvent dans les murs, les plafonds et les pièces de mobilier. Un escalier en colimaçon et un lustre en cristal font office de points d'accroche artistiques. Zones ouvertes et espaces clos se combinent pour favoriser une circulation lisible. La pierre naturelle et des peintures écologiques ont été mises en œuvre. Un système de bureau intelligent régule l'éclairage et la température pour un confort optimal.

This project deeply integrates natural elements, building reshaping, and Italian aesthetics. Through meticulous planning and execution, it creates an office space that not only facilitates efficient work but also features an artistic atmosphere.
- Inspiration
- Drawing inspiration from nature, the project takes water, circle and arc as the core to infuse the space with a dynamic sense and Italian elegance. The crystal chandelier hanging from the ceiling, resembling water pouring down from the sky, brings to mind pure, harmonious nature. The elements of circle and arc run through the entire project, including walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. These fluid, soft curves contribute to an inclusive, warm atmosphere.
- Project Duration
- The project began its design phase in the middle of 2023, started construction in April 2024, and completed in September 2024.
- Operation Flow
- This project prioritizes the interaction between man and space. It cleverly combines open and enclosed zones, complemented by artistic elements such as a spiral staircase and a crystal chandelier, achieving an effective circulation design and an inclusive atmosphere. The introduction of a smart office system, including intelligent lighting and temperature control, ensures higher work efficiency and better comfort for employees.
