About Large Yore Sac de voyage

- Production Technology
- The bag employs the proprietary vegetable tanned leather that features natural textures and a soft, warm touch for both visual and tactile comfort. With daily use, the material gradually develops a unique patina, which improves visual layering and reflects the individual journey of its owner, embodying the profound meaning of lasting companionship. Rounded edging on all four sides offers a soft yet structured solution, ensuring a crisp silhouette even when carrying heavy loads.
- Design Challenge
- The application of cultural elements often relies on superficial symbol extraction and decorative patterning, disconnecting cultural meaning and functional form. The design team has innovatively translated cultural elements including tiger stripes and tiger teeth from a functional perspective. Tiger stripes are transformed into dividing lines for specific functional areas, and tiger teeth are reinterpreted as the ends of handles, achieving aesthetic harmony of function, form, and meaning.
- Research
- The bag integrates form, function, and meaning, where tiger stripes are transformed into dividing lines for specific functional areas, and tiger teeth are reinterpreted as handles and attachment points, fusing cultural symbols with functions. Combined with a scientific zoning design, a quick access mechanism, and vegetable tanned leather, it achieves emotional depth and time worn elegance while ensuring practicality. The result is a seamless journey from cultural expression to user experience.
- Inspiration
- Adhering to the principle of form follows function, the bag integrates Tibetan tiger stripe and tooth motifs into its functional design. Tiger stripes are transformed into dividing lines for specific functional areas, while tiger teeth are reinterpreted as handles and attachment points, achieving a unity of cultural significance, aesthetic appeal, and practicality. Inside, a distressed lining is printed with the pattern of tiger teeth, creating a subtle narrative that echoes the exterior.
