« Actualization of Free Life » est un projet de design d'intérieur résidentiel réalisé pour un appartement de 238 mètres carrés à Taichung, à Taïwan. Le plan en forme de L se distingue des configurations habituelles. Deux parcours de circulation partent de l'entrée : l'un mène au séjour, l'autre conduit aux chambres, à la salle à manger et à la cuisine. La salle de bains a été déplacée afin de séparer les espaces publics des espaces privés. Un miroir installé dans le séjour reflète la vue extérieure. La pierre, un encadrement de porte plaqué titane, des placages de bois, la laque et l'acier composent les finitions.

- Some spaces cannot be either defined in a single style, or classified in a single group. This residential interior design exactly exemplifies this perspective. Neither can the new classical nor the modern styles elaborate this design plan. The actualization of free life is the precise core value want to convey.

- Recherche
- The stone and titanium-plated door frame decorated at the entryway manifest the grand ambience. The study room adjoining the living room is decorated with the tabu veneers, where the dark gray, as well as a bit green, is progressively embellished from the indoor space to the outdoor terrace, both of which the colors are congruous to the furniture as well. The parlor and bedroom ornamented with the lacquers, paints and steel pieces display the composed and elegant textures.
- Inspiration
- The L-shaped layout in this house is dissimilar to the general layouts in houses. This residential interior design project built the dual traffic flows at the entryway, the arrangement not only relocating the bathroom, also connecting the dual traffic flows individually to the public and the private areas.

- In the living room, the mirror reflecting the outdoor scene in another area combines the views from different spaces.Additionally, the dual traffic flows laid out at the entryway are smooth, and are suitable to space arrangement. There is a private meeting room in the house, where the delicate transitions of spaces are inconspicuous. The space arrangements are tidy and efficient.
