About Montecarmelo Townhouses Húsfesting foar Gesinnen
Montecarmelo Townhouses is in gesinshuzenprojekt yn Madrid, Spanje. It ûntwerp jout in antwurd op in wyk mei rychhuzen mei in werheljend en rjochte oansjen. It bebouwde oerflak is 586,4 fjouwerkante meter. It wurk waard útfierd tusken oktober 2017 en maart 2019.

It is true that the urban planning that governs the Madrid neighbourhoods are authentic cages for creativity, alignment machines, factories of the same. In OOIIO Architecture we apply certain design techniques, such as Dalí s paranoid critical method, which allow us to escape these restrictions. Thinking with an inspiration idea.
- Dimensions & Packaging

The research tools are based in simplicity and the re-interpretation of tradition that we think that are the key to find the most intelligent solution to a design problem.
- Inspiration
