About Icon Sliepkeamer
De Cosmo kolleksje presintearret in oardere en harmonieus universum fan funksjonaliteit en praktikaliteit kombinearre mei in estetyk fan reguliere en strakke foarmen, foar de meast yntime en persoanlike romte. De kombinaasje fan it Icon haadboard mei de Noa opbergelementen foarmje in persoanlike sliepkeamerynrjochting, ta utering brocht troch it minimalisme fan 'e foarmen. De tinne horizontale en fertikale linen befetsje sêfte sfearferljochting dy't, tegearre mei de metalen poaten en harmonieus selektearre materialen, in krêftich fisueel byld kreëarje.

- Unique Properties
- The set of the Icon headboard with the Noa container elements, form a personal bedroom furnishing, expressed through the minimalism of the forms.
Icon is an exercise in abstraction and dynamism. The pieces are assembled at different depths, creating an asymmetrical and balanced relationship with thin horizontal and vertical lines that host soft courtesy lighting. The proposal turns the headboard into a canvas of geometries and shadows that create a powerful visual image. New concepts and textures are the essence. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Production Technology
- This design is developed with ergonomic standards and 3D creation processes. Always after an exhaustive creative process of sketches and models, working the colors and textures with collaborating suppliers of our studio. Market analysis and previous products, showed us the way to follow in this design that is incorporated into an extensive program of heads and container elements for the GCH firm.
The design is developed with sustainable materials such as chipboard and MDF. The construction process is developed in the GCH factory, which has the highest production technology in the furniture manufacturing industry. - Design Challenge
- The biggest challenge is finding the perfect balance between aesthetics, shape, materials and technologies, with an adjusted manufacturing cost price.
Taking into account that our client is part of a medium segment with high production and turnover.
High visual impact + maximum functionality // High productivity + low cost. - Research
- An extensive market study carried out by our client, as well as the historical knowledge of the real needs of the users, provides us with information to place the product in the appropriate range.
Different analysis of trends in the habitat sector gives us enough information to determine what color range and materials we should select.
Our cultural background and accumulated experience in the design of home furniture, mark the formal lines of our design. - Inspiration
- Inspiration arises from the contrast of elements, night and day, soft surfaces versus rough, heavy versus light, complex versus simple… Uniqueness for plurality, creating a singular bedroom for the majority of users. I can't forget that my client's order is, design for the majority.
