Untwerpútdaging: We encountered the challenge of managing users' unrealistic expectations for the new AI tool. We closely coordinated with our development team to refine our solutions. User testing revealed that the complexity of AI processing led to a steep learning curve. This highlighted the need for an effective onboarding strategy and educational materials to demystify AI functionalities. Our focus shifted to simplifying user experience and enhancing understanding of AI processes.
Undersyk: Our research focuses on using AI to simplify daily tasks. Initial user research assessed perceptions of AI tools, guiding feature development in collaboration with developers. Competitor analysis provided market insights, helping to distinguish our product's unique value. User testing was conducted to gauge user response. These insights emphasized the importance of a user-friendly interface and effective onboarding, highlighting the role of UX design in creating an intuitive platform.
Ynspiraasje: Inspired by the information overload and fear of missing out in the digital age, this project aims to be a cyber secretary, organizing and concentrating valuable data for easy retrieval. It goes beyond typical AI platforms by integrating an AI chatbox for specific requests and AI-generated content recommendations. User research and prototype testing have refined the interface, creating a user-friendly AI tool for efficient information management and personalized content delivery.
Projektdoer: The project started in November 2023 in New York City and Seattle and started the development in December 2023.

The platform then assists in organizing this content by processing the content in the background, offering additional support when needed.
