The residential area is designed to blend seamlessly with nature, allowing residents to enjoy the river breeze, sunlight, and scenic beauty. This unique location creates an ideal home where nature and culture coexist in harmony.

Purpose:
The goal is to create a family café, with an open layout that transforms the home into a space for enjoying both beautiful views and afternoon tea.
Ofmjittingen & Ferpakking: To fully embrace the Ou River's natural landscape, the design features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, seamlessly connecting interior spaces with exterior views. A sightline-guided layout ensures the river view is visible from all areas. The project includes a smart home system for easy control of lighting, climate, and security, enhancing comfort. Ample natural light reduces reliance on artificial lighting, while low-emission glass and energy-efficient materials ensure sustainability.
