About A70Max Streek- en Massaazjerobot

A70Max is in streek- en massaazjerobot ûntwurpen foar deistige ûntspanning, herstel nei it sporten en stipe by revalidaasje. It bedriuwslûd bliuwt om 44 dB hinne.

Production Technology
Soft leather, brushed metal, and glossy decorative strips balance technological sophistication and emotional warmth, presenting a refined aesthetic with visual comfort.
Internal components are made from PA66 and 40GF high polymer composite fiberglass. The aerospace grade material features light weight, high strength, and excellent fatigue resistance. This ensures the massage chair remains both lightweight and durable, delivering a consistently reliable user experience.
Design Challenge
The 4D Lingxi Mechanism 2.0 allows precise movement within plus or minus 2mm deviation, enhanced by AI algorithms for real time adjustment, simulating the techniques of master massagers. The Bi Stretch system mimics cycling or stepping motions to activate muscles and improve joint mobility. The 155 degree flexible track and innovative zero pressure dual stretch structure enhance spinal flexibility and promote blood circulation. Operating at 44dB, the product creates a quiet, soothing ambience.
Research
Driven by growing health awareness, consumer demand for massage chairs shifts from basic relaxation to targeted rehabilitation. The maturation of 4D mechanisms, flexible tracks, and AI algorithms accelerates the evolution from mechanical operation to intelligent interaction. The product, focusing on scenarios like sedentary office life, post exercise recovery, and elderly wellness, integrates German industrial aesthetics and Eastern rehabilitation ideas, filling a critical gap in the market.
Inspiration
The product addresses the single functionality of traditional massage chairs by integrating advanced technology and humanized design, offering an intelligent sanctuary for physical and mental restoration. Inspired by the posture and feel of the human body in a state of natural relaxation, it is shaped like a sleek space capsule, symbolizing immersion, healing, and inclusiveness. This approach allows the product not only to meet functional needs but also to provide emotional comfort for the user.
Project Duration
The project started in October 2024 in Shanghai. The product was launched in June 2025 in China.
Operation Flow
The 15s dual part recognition system accommodates users from 150cm to 195cm without manual adjustment. The technique planning system optimizes the movement trajectory and intensity of mechanisms based on recognition results, enabling personalized massage.
46 airbags work in coordination for tailored inflation or deflation across multiple zones, simulating natural breathing rhythms to give a feel of being embraced in relaxation. The AI somatosensory system proactively adapts to responses of users.
