Unique Properties: EB001, a shared ebike tailored for urban short distance travel, features an innovative side pull battery mechanism and a modular design, significantly enhancing battery replacement and maintenance efficiency. Integrated with GPS positioning, geo fencing, and IoT technology, it improves fleet turnover rates and optimizes vehicle dispatching, driving the development of green mobility toward intelligence and sustainability.

Production Technology: The frame, constructed from recyclable 6061 aluminum alloy, offers outstanding impact resistance while remaining lightweight. Rubber tires feature exceptional wear resistance, complemented by a PU foam saddle, balancing riding comfort and lasting durability. The internal cable routing design maintains a clean, cohesive appearance while improving safety.
Design Challenge: Improper vehicle parking and difficult vehicle location pose significant challenges. Considering that, EB001 integrates high precision positioning and geofencing technology, ensuring accurate positioning and organized parking management. A smart dispatching system, built on real time location and status data, automatically optimizes vehicle distribution and management across service areas, reducing manual patrols and unnecessary travel while improving operational efficiency.
Research: For traditional shared ebikes, battery replacement and maintenance are among the most time consuming and labor intensive processes. This usually results in delayed recharging and repair response, thereby reducing vehicle availability. To address this, EB001 redefines battery access and core component assembly. By replacing vertical lifting with horizontal extraction and adopting module replacement instead of full unit disassembly, it fundamentally optimizes management workflow.
Inspiration: EB001 draws inspiration from a deep insight into urban riding experiences and a precise understanding of the brand’s identity. It features a low standover height and a wide step through structure, forming a sleek, arched frame. This not only ensures effortless mounting and dismounting and improved riding comfort, but also achieves a rational, modern, and highly recognizable visual presence.
Project Duration: The project started in Hangzhou in March 2025. The product was launched in December 2025.
Operation Flow: A side pull battery mechanism revolutionizes battery replacement by shifting from traditional vertical lifting to horizontal extraction, enabling one handed battery replacement and boosting efficiency by 40 percent. A modular design allows core components to be replaced independently, cutting average maintenance time by 60 percent. A low standover height and a wide step through structure accommodate riders of different heights. The basket is designed with a cup holder for everyday convenience.
