It atrium soarget boppedat foar in trochgeande dialooch tusken de binnen- en bûtenromten. It hûs folget bioklimatyske prinsipes, mei in dúdlike oriïntaasje op it suden dy't sinneljocht opfangt, passive ferwaarming stipet en natuerlike fentilaasje befoarderet. Deselde oriïntaasje jout it gebou in diagonale foarm, in antwurd dat sawol romtlik as klimatysk is.

Unique Properties: The “House of the Breathing Void” is conceived as a sanctuary of openness, a dwelling that breathes, listens, and connects. Anchored between earth and sky, the house establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, shaped by climate, light, and Mediterranean lifestyle. At its center lies an atrium, the open heart of the home, where air, light, and life circulate freely, forming both the emotional and environmental core.
Inspiration: The Atrium was the concept inspiration of the project. The house was conceived through bioclimatic principles, its geometry shaped by a clear southern orientation that captures sunlight, enhances passive heating, and invites natural ventilation. From this dual idea, the atrium and the orientation toward the sun, a diagonal gesture arose in the building’s form, a spatial and climatic response that defines its identity. Here, light becomes both material and structure, carving paths through the interior.
