About House LW27 Partikulier Wenhûs

Hûs LW27 is in partikulier wenhûs boud op in relatyf lyts perseel yn in wenwyk. It wite folume kontrastearret mei rûge natuerstiennen eleminten. Wyt pleistere muorren, ikenhouten flierren en natuerstien foar flierren, badkeamers, skoarstiennen en muorren jouwe foarm oan it ynterieur. Op de begeane grûn streamt in iepen plattegrûn frij fan east nei west lâns it swimbad. Skowen ruten fan flier oant plafond ferbine binnen en bûten it hiele jier troch. De boppeste ferdjipping befettet sliepkeamers mei eigen badkeamers. In beplant dakterras jout it fersegele grûnoerflak werom oan de natuer.

A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration
In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration
The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow
The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
