About ExyOne Shoulder Cibear-Leictreonaic
Is é an EXYONE an chéad exoskeleton atá deartha go hiomlán sa Bhrasaíl agus a tháirgtear go hiomlán leis an teicneolaíocht áitiúil. Is exoskeleton inchaite é, le fócas ar an timpeallacht thionsclaíoch agus tugann sé deis d’iarracht an oibreora laghdú go dtí 8Kg, an fheidhmíocht shábháilte a fheabhsú agus gortuithe sna géaga uachtaracha agus ar ais a laghdú. Tá an táirge deartha go sonrach don oibrí margaidh áitiúil agus dá riachtanais bhithóip, agus é inrochtana i dtéarmaí costas agus inoiriúnaithe do chineálacha éagsúla comhlachta. Tugann sé freisin anailís sonraí IoT, a cheadaíonn feidhmíocht an oibrí a fheabhsú.
About the Duais Iarainn A' Design Award

Léiríonn buaiteoirí Iarainn scil mhór, speisialtóireacht ard, tuiscint saineolaí agus cumas cruthaitheach a gcruthaitheoirí. Táthar ag súil go mbeidh an dearadh ExyOne Shoulder Cibear-Leictreonaic ina chruthú a bhfuil an-mheas air, a n-ardaítear agus a ghráitear atá praiticiúil agus nuálach. Comhtháthaíonn an dearadh seo a bhuaigh Duais Iarainn A' Design Award na cleachtais is fearr sa tionscal agus tá saintréithe teicniúla inniúla aige nasctha le heolas agus le tallann. Tá meas ar an dearadh ExyOne Shoulder Cibear-Leictreonaic as a dhúthracht agus dearadh é chun feabhsuithe cáilíochta beatha a sholáthar a chabhraíonn leis an domhan a dhéanamh ina áit níos fearr.
Press Kit
- Unique Properties
- The wearable exoskeleton for industry with the use of IoT (internet of things) that allows the reduction of effort in the operator's upper limbs, reducing injuries and improving performance and safety. The design of this wearable was developed specifically for the needs of the Brazilian worker and biotype, being accessible and customizable, representing the first exoskeleton with totally Brazilian technology and design.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Product dimensions: Width 430 mm x Depth 300 mm x Height 550 mm

- Exoskeleton, Industry, Product Design, Wearable design, IoT, Health at work
- Production Technology
- Structure manufacturing process: folded carbon steel tube (automatic folder) and welding. Receives electrostatic epoxy paint.
Structure components: 3D printing, machining, welding, drilling, screw, stamping, milling, electrostatic epoxy painting and laser cutting. Vest manufacturing process: sewing and embroidery. Structure materials and components: Carbon steel, spring steel, bronze, PLA, ABS and PU. Vest Materials: polyester and polyamide fabric, ABS loops and PU foam. - Design Challenge
- Through interdisciplinary work with stakeholders (designers, engineers, ergonomists, physiotherapists and workers) to transfer efforts from exo structure to user's body. The result was an exoskeleton that empowers workers, protecting muscles, joints and bones. It's comfortable, washable, anti-electrostatic, anti-odor, with flame retardant and bacteriostatic. It connects IoT to collect data and analyze activities through sensors, supporting healthy and safe work, avoiding repetitive injuries.
- Research
- Desk Field, Focus Groups, Consumer Insights, Trend Mappings. We collect all data through immersive process including consumer, designers and multidisciplinary teams (marketing, engineer, anthropology, etc.). Objective: Bring innovation and differentiation to Latin America market. Method: Consumer-Centric Insights with Design based approach to solving problems. Steps: Research (map and understand), Conceptualize (alternative generation), Visualize (renderings), Realize (prototype) and Implement.
- Inspiration
- The main inspiration was to offer the Brazilian market equipment that is accessible even to small and medium sized companies, which previously had no access to imported equipment on the market due to cost and difficulty of maintenance. Another inspiration is to have a user centered design, the product is developed based on the variety of the Brazilian population (biotype, sex, age), offering the best ergonomics and low maintenance in this market.
- Project Duration
- Started in October 2018, in Brazil. The project finished in July 2019, in Brazil.
- Operation Flow
- The EXYONE has been designed to be dressed and undressed by operator in a fast way, not requiring any kind of support. The wearable backpack allows a fast and autonomous use. This takes advantage of both, simplified the use and transfer of efforts from the exo arms structures to the body, in a gradual manner, decreasing the body efforts of a specific muscular structure.
The sequence to wear is:
1. Release the waist, chest locks, and buckle;
2. Open the exoskeleton arms to dress up;
3. Attach and adjust the straps, waist and chest buckles;
4. Adjust the strap under the arm;
5. Finally, adjust the level of lift. - Patents
