About Skgarden Villas Forbairt Chónaithe

Arna choimisiúnú ag an bhforbróir Liobáine Can Do Contractors, tá Skygarden Villas suite ar aill Yalıkavak. Agus coincheap na hailtireachta á lorg, ba í an aidhm ná struchtúr simplí agus réasúnach a chruthú ó thaobh feidhmiúlacht, tógála agus saothraithe de. I measc na dtithe tá balcóiní, fuinneoga urlár go síleáil agus ardáin a sholáthraíonn radhairc lánléargais den Mheánmhuir. Rinneadh taobh istigh an fhoirgnimh chun sreabhadh go horgánach ón taobh istigh go dtí an saol lasmuigh agus ag an am céanna braistint láidir a choinneáil ar an bpríobháideacht freisin.

Design Challenge
Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
Research
Commissioned by Lebanese developer Can Do Contractors, Skygarden Villas are nestled on a cliff of Yalıkavak. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces providing panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Inspiration
The emphasis of the project was to use the plot as best as possible to create villas wit maximum panoramic views while being able to maintain sizeable gardens. To respond to the challenge, eleven unique villas are designed in this development. Each with its own idyllic Aegean Sea view, these exquisite villas make Bodrum’s overwhelming natural beauty accessible from the comfort of fully furnished private residences.
Project Duration
The project started in May 2018 in Bodrum, Turkey, and will be finished in 2020. Currently, it is under construction.
Operation Flow
Each villa has been designed for their respective locations to make the best of the geographical
advantages of the area. The villas feature balconies and terraces where residents can enjoy the
stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The floor-to-ceiling windows contribute to the
luminosity of the interiors and offer excellent panoramic views. The
